How to dismiss an opportunity

If you or your Store Manager can't take action to improve a mission right now, that's ok! You can choose how long to snooze the mission for, after which it will be eligible to re-enter the Mission Inbox if there is still room to improve.

  • Open the opportunity and click No in the sidebar.
  • Select a reason. An example would be if you know the vendor won't be back in to fix the out-of-stocks until next week, you would then select the time frame that makes sense for how long to snooze it for.
  • Quorso will not resend this opportunity to your Mission Inbox for the time selected. 
  • Add a reason and submit. This moves to your Dismissed column.
