What are Tasks, Alerts and Opportunities and how are they prioritized?

 

 

The 3 types of activity that you might be managing in Quorso are:

  • Tasks that can be done this week
  • Alerts that have been triggered by potential issues you should investigate
  • Improvement opportunities that have the highest potential to positively impact the business. These might include sales, loss or other types of opportunity and are identified based on how far out from the "norm" your store’s performance is.

Tasks and Alerts are prioritized into Must-action, Should-action, and Could-action categories. 

    • Must-actions have a due date within this week
    • Should-actions are those you should complete if you have time but they aren’t due this week
    • Could-actions are non-urgent but within the timeframe in which they can be done
  • Improvement opportunities refresh weekly or monthly, depending on the type of data.
