Insights Explorer lets you dig deep into your data to understand exactly where to target your action.
From the workpane of an improvement opportunity (accessed via the sidebar on Mission Control), locate the button above the chart labeled Insights Explorer.
You can change the views, metric and time period to get the answers you want from the data - telling you how to target the heart of the issue with the most efficient solution.
