When you click on an improvement opportunity in your Mission Control, a sidebar will open that provides intelligent insights about the opportunity, including where you sit among your peers and the value of the opportunity in £/$ terms.
In addition to this, the smart insights carousel brings to the fore the most likely reasons for underperformance (as selected by your peers across the organization to resolve the same issue), and the biggest specific opportunities by product, time of day, day of the week, and more.
Use this information to help you take targeted action to improve the opportunity.
